About Aha
We started in therapy. We couldn't stop there.
Aha grew out of AhaTherapy — a network of 300+ verified psychologists that has supported more than 250,000 lives across India. Then we hit a hard truth: you cannot heal a mind in a vacuum, and the workplace where people spend most of their waking hours was never designed to care for them.
Why Aha exists
HR exists to protect the company. Someone has to be for the employee.
An employee's wellbeing is shaped by how they slept, whether they're in debt, whether their back aches, and whether they feel any momentum in their life. No single benefit touches all of that — so people fall through the gaps between them.
Mind, Body, Life and Money answer the question what does Aha do. The reason we do it is simpler: to give HR the partner it never had, and employees the advocate they always needed — from the first ninety days to the hardest life transitions to a humane goodbye.
